| Sometimes the locals keep the best for themselves. That's the case with Green Valley Ranch. This beautiful off-Strip resort has some of the nicest rooms anywhere in Las Vegas with amenities like goose down pillows, plush robes, twice daily turn-down service and a rarity for Las Vegas hotels - mini bars. The pool area is so fantastic it was selected as the location for the TV show, Las Vegas. The resort's lounge, Drop Bar, is straight out of a space oddesy and the Drop Girls are incredible. The nightclub, Randy Gerber's Whiskey, is even cooler. There's even a great Irish pub for "professional" drinkers. The newly opened Hank's restaurant serves up prime steaks in an upscale piano bar atmoshphere. |
